This Privacy Policy describes how Pronto Ai, LLC, our affiliates, and subsidiaries collect, stores, use, share, and secure your personal information when you use our website and other sites under the Prontopia.com domain (including any subdomains or versions thereof, the “Site”), mobile and desktop applications that link to this Privacy Policy, and any related products or services (collectively, the “Services”). Any reference to “Pronto AI,” “we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Company” is a reference to Pronto Ai, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company and its affiliates and subsidiaries.

As Prontopia provides​ various software applications​that access or use the YouTube API Services, if you use these applications, you agree to be bound by YouTube’s Terms of Service and​ the Google Privacy Policy. Similarly, Pronto AI also provides​ various software applications​ that access or use the Facebook API Services, if you use these applications, you agree to be bound by Facebook’s Terms of Service and​ the Facebook’s Privacy Policy.

Further, ifany ofthese applications use Authorized Data, then in addition to the applicable application’s normal procedure for deleting stored data, users can revoke that application’s access to their data

via the Google security settings page. Unless otherwise set forth herein, this Privacy Policy does not apply to websites, applications, or services that display or link to different companies or individuals. Further, you may choose to use certain functions on the Services that distribute your Personal Information to third parties. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those services provided by third-parties. Please refer to the privacy policies of those companies, individuals, and third-parties when using those services.

YOU AGREE THAT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL PRONTO AI, LLC OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARYDAMAGES ARISING FROM VIRUSES, WORMS, TROJAN HORSES OR OTHER CODE THAT HAS CONTAMINATING OR DESTRUCTIVE PROPERTIES OR YOUR REFERENCING, USING, ACCESSING, INABILITY TO USE OR ACCESS OR LINKING TO OR FROM THE SERVICES OR ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN THE CONTENT THEREOF. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRONTO AI IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR, AND YOU HEREBY RELEASE PRONTO AI, LLC FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY WHICH MAY ARISE FROM, SUCH THIRD PARTIES’ UNAUTHORIZED COLLECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION. There are some jurisdictions that do not allow for the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for consequential or incidental damages. Based on this conclusion, the liability of Pronoto AI is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
