Can I change my plan later?
Absolutely! You can always change your subscription from your Account Settings in Prontopia. If you need help selecting a plan or are interested in enterprise, franchise, or agency level plans please reach out to us social@prontopia.com
What is your cancellation policy?
While we hate to see you go, we’ll always respect any decision to cancel your Prontopia subscription. If you’d like to keep your account active but pause your subscription, you can do so for up to 90 days.
To delete or pause your account please reach out to us at social@prontopia.com.
How does billing work?
Billing starts on the day of your subscription and auto renews each month on the billing date. Once you select a subscription type, you’ll be redirected to Stripe where you can enter your payment information.
Annual subscriptions will auto renew each year on the same date. For questions about annual subscriptions please reach out to us at social@prontopia.com.
Do you have a free plan available?
You’ll have a chance to create your first video for free before signing up for an account. From there, you’ll need to sign up for a subscription to create additional videos.
